I grew up in Winter Park and have spent my entire life in Central Florida. I know this market — the neighborhoods, the school zones, the coffee shops, the quirks — the way you only can after 40 years of actually living here. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors across Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Volusia, Polk, and Lake counties.
Real estate is one of the biggest decisions most people ever make, and I take that seriously. My job is to educate you, advocate for you, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks — not to push you into a transaction before you're ready. If the numbers don't make sense, I'll tell you. If now isn't the right time, I'll tell you that too.
Outside of work I'm a husband, a dad, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu enthusiast, and a licensed foster parent. This community isn't just a market to me — it's home.
